Checkin' In

Summer has been absolute FABULOUSNESS so far. Our vacation is amazing except for one small factor-my hubby's missing! He's lonely at home and we all miss him like crazy, especially Baron (and me, of course :) who asks "Where my daddy go?" about 10 times a day.

My kids are actually still in bed right now, which is a miracle because they are early birds and NEVER sleep past 7:30 or 8 at the latest. They are so exhausted from having too much fun!

Here are some highlights so far:

-getting to visit and play with all of our family, cousins and friends
-having NO schedule
-being taken care of by grandparents, spoiled, and made a fuss over.
-swimming, swimming, swimming
-sun-kissed faces and tan lines (except for Jonah-he's white like me :)... where my other kids got their brown skin, I will never know)
-lots of movies (we finally saw Toy Story and loved it!)
-S'MORES!
-Lake Powell (of course!) and becoming little daredevils (tubing at full speed, jumping off the top of the houseboat, trying to learn to waterski, and chasing and trying to catch lizards)
-Lagoon (tomorrow!)
-barbeques and lots of yummy food and treats
-relaaaaaxing
-doing whatever we want whenever we want!

I will have a lot of catch-up posts to do when I get home. I have just really been enjoying myself and enjoying my kids and not been taking very many pictures. We're having too much fun.
