Who Stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar?

But actually, in this case, it was the cookie dough from the bowl! I turn my back for one second, and this guy has the stool up to the counter and his little hands in the dough- shoveling it in his mouth as fast as he can.. Caught, red-handed! He knows a yummy treat when he sees one, that's for sure!

But, WHY can't I eat all the dough?!
