Wow. I can't believe my JoJo is 5 years old and starting kindergarten. Jonah is an amazing kid. I cannot imagine my life without him. He and I are such buds and we get along so well because he is JUST like his dad. Andy's mom will see Jonah do something and say "Andy used to do that exact thing when he was Jo's age. I can't believe how alike they are!" They are two peas in a pod. Jonah is our family comedian. He loves making people laugh and we are always laughing at his antics. He is so easy-going and mellow. He is a great brother and loves to make his siblings happy. He always shares and if someone is sad, he will give them a hug or try to make them laugh to cheer them up. He is a sweetheart. He loves being with friends. He is always asking to have friends over to play. He has a great imagination and can make a game out of anything. He will be content to play with a couple of toys for hours. He loves to swim, play the Wii, play games on the computer, play games like candyland and memory (and he always wins!) watch movies , bowl, mini golf, play in the dirt, jump on the trap, hunt for bugs, and get dirty. He is all BOY!! He teases and likes to play tricks. He is my worst sleeper and has been since he was a baby. He has nightmares and comes in my room a few times a week telling me he is scared of something or another (I guess that's what happens with such a BIG imagination!). He likes his door open and the bathroom light on at night. He is attatched at the hip to his "bear" as we call him. It's a little polar teddy bear he got for Christmas when he was 5 months old. He will still take a 2 hour nap if I tell him to. He is my earliest up in the morning- usually around 7:00. He is a great eater and likes just about anything. He used to eat a lot more, but as he's gotten older, he's started eating less. His favorites are: apples and cinnamon oatmeal, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cheerios, eggs, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, apples, pears, carrots, spaghetti, artichokes, broccoli, squash, quesadillas, and every kind of breakfast food (pancakes, waffles, etc) he is not a fan of meat and doesn't really eat it unless I ask him to. He is such a great, fun, wonderful boy, and we all adore him. I can't imagine my life without my Jogie-Boy.
Right before my induction July 19th, 2004. Jonah was my largest baby at 10 lbs. 7 oz. and 22 1/2 inches long. I know, I am enormous!! His labor was my shortest- only about 3 1/2 hours.
Look at that chug-a-lug- he was in 3-6 month clothing when he was 2 weeks old.
